Quality Preserves From the Brecon Beacons
Here at Ty’r Gobaith’s Pantry we focus on homegrown, surplus or foraged ingredients to create preserves to be proud of. We only use the freshest ingredients as possible from freshly harvested vegetables to elderflowers picked on a sunny day, while being very conscious of not taking too much from the wild. We work in smaller batches to ensure each batch is up to our top standards and no flavour is lost along the way.
