About Us

About Ty’r Gobaiths

We are a small husband and wife team based in Llangattock. We make preserves using either vegetables or fruits grown by us, foraged fruits and herbs or from surplus produce. We only make small batches of our preserves and we try to make our products different from the everyday products you can get in the supermarket.

We started up in 2017 and we recently won an award for our Lemon and Rosemary Marmalade at the ‘World Dalemain Marmalade Awards’ this year. Gavin is also the ‘National Chef of Wales 2019’.

We have an ever changing list of preserves as the seasons change and more produce becomes available.

As well as our preserves, we also offer private chef and catering options for events, functions and dinner parties. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch to find out more about this and how we can help you.

Our range of preserves are created with love, here in the Brecon Beacons. We have a focus on using homegrown, surplus and foraged ingredients and only make in small batches with the seasons, giving us unique and unusual flavour combinations you cannot get in the everyday supermarket. The unique clever skill of the combined ingredients are just out of this world … from @ Riversounds Gavin has made a lemon balm jelly that goes with absolutely everything, a plum & cinnamon , very festive jam at the moment as well as a scrumptious green fig & anise jam .
